The Vector Snowmaker was designed for small sized electric pressure washers. The Vector Snowmaker will work with any pressure washer that flows
between 1.2gpm and 1.8gpm (max 1850psi). The snowmaker comes with a universal 22mm twist connect fitting installed on the water connection.
This fitting is a universal fitting that is commonly found on most small electric pressure washer hoses.
The robust internal nucleating system on the Vector Snowmaker ensures that the snowmaker makes the highest quality snow in even the most
marginal snowmaking conditions. Unlike other internal mix snowmakers that require precise adjustments to the nucleation nozzle, this snowmaker
comes with our automatic, self adjusting nucleation valve. When you hook your pressure washer up to the snowmaker, the valve will automatically
flow the proper amount of water to the nucleation nozzle to mix with the compressed air. The automatic nucleation valve eliminates any chance of
operator error that is common with most internal mix snowguns. The automatic nucleation valve makes this snowmaker easy to operate for even the
most novice home snowmaker. The automatic nucleation valve gives you the operating simplicity of an external mix snowmaker, but with the efficiency
of an internal mix snowmaker.
All of the vital snowmaker components are housed inside the snowmaking tower to protect them from the outdoor elements and to extend their
life. The bulk water nozzle assembly is precision machined from high quality aluminum. This helps to further cool the water and increase snow
production. A built-in bronze filter is located directly behind the pressure washer hose connection. The filter will filter all of the water from the
pressure washer before it enters the snowmaker. By filtering the water before it enters the snowmaker you will prevent damage to the snowmaking
nozzles and automatic nucleation valve. This keeps the efficiency of your snowmaker without having to replace worn components. The tower acts as
an insulator to the internal components preventing any chances for freeze-ups in even the coldest temperatures. Stainless Steel snowmaking
nozzles ensure that your nozzles will last you for seasons to come without the need to replace them.

more nozzles on a snowmaker equals more snow made per hour. This is not always the case. All of our snowmakers in this line come with 3 total
nozzles. We just use different flow rate snowmaking nozzles on the different models to compensate for the different flow rates on pressure washers. As
a result we can keep the prices down on our snowmakers since they are all standardized and just use different flow rate nozzles. Don't pay hundreds
of dollars more for another snowmaker just because it has more nozzles thinking it will make more snow. Our biggest snowmaker, the
Veyron, will make just as much snow as a comparable snowmaker that has 5 total nozzles. Additionally with our snowmakers if you get a different
pressure washer later on, you can just swap out the nozzles on the snowmaker. Other manufactures would require you to buy another snowmaker that
is compatible with your new size pressure washer.
The stand and tower are made from high quality PVC components that are manufactured with impact inhibitors. The impact inhibitors ensure that
the PVC fittings do not get damaged in cold temperatures or from the suns UV rays. The stand and tower are also painted in a UV resistant paint to
further protect the PVC components from UV ray damage. Unlike metal stands and towers, our stands and towers will never rust, oxidize, or
corrode. The sturdy 4 legged stand base is extremely durable and will not tip over when the snowmaker is running. Each leg on the stand is fully
rotatable to make the snowmaker extremely stable on just about any slope.
Depending upon the weather conditions and the flow rate of your pressure washer, the Vector Snowmaker can make anywhere from 1.5" to 3" inches
of snow per hour over a 25' x 25' area. The actual coverage area of the snowmaker will vary based on the wind speed and whether you reposition the
snowmaker during operation.
The snowmaker will be shipped to you fully assembled ready to make snow. Simply slide the legs onto the stand base and place the tower into the
stand coupling. All of these components were removed for shipping and install in under 30 seconds without the need for tools. The snowmaker stand
and tower break down in seconds for compact storage when the snowmaker is not in use.

Weather: Outside temperature of 28ºF or less (snowmaker may work above this temperature if humidity is low enough)
Air Compressor: Minimum of 5cfm@90psi or more
Pressure Washer: Any pressure washer that flows between 1.2gpm and 1.8gpm (with a pressure range of 1100psi to 1850psi)

Check Valve- HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
By installing a check valve on the snowguns air connection, you will prevent any chance of water backing down your
airline to compressor in the event your air compressor shuts off because it tripped the breaker or ran out of gas.
The chances of having back flow occur are VERY RARE, but the check valve provides a great peace of mind and is well
worth the small investment to protect your air compressor just in case.
*Check valves are not required on the water connection for this type of snowmaker since a check valve is built-in on
pressure washers to prevent damage to the pump. Therefore no compressed air can back flow to damage your pressure
washer or house pipes in the event your pressure washer turns off.
Install a check valve on the AIR CONNECTION: $15

when it is not being used for snowmaking. The filter keeps debris from entering your pressure washer pump that can
possibly cause damage. This filter will also filter the water before it goes through the built-in filter on the snowmaker.
Well worth installing on your pressure washer if you have hard water or a high sediment content in your water. Filter
easily removes for cleaning in a matter of seconds without the need for tools! Just twist it open and twist it closed when
your done! Filter has 3/8" male threads on one end and a 3/4" garden hose swivel on the other. FITS MOST
PRESSURE WASHERS without the need for adapters.
