The Maverick Snowmaker is the highest quality home snowmaker available designed to run off of any standard garden hose. The snowmaker
body is manufactured from high quality, precision machined aluminum. All of the remaining components on the snowgun are made from high quality
The Maverick Snowmaker follows the most basic snowmaking process in order to make snow. While this process isn't as efficient as others in terms of
snow production, the snowmaker is GREAT for use in marginal snowmaking conditions. The aluminum snowmaker body helps to further
cool the water and compressed air inside the snowmaker to increase snow production. Depending on the weather conditions and the size of your
compressor, the Maverick Snowmaker can make an average of 1/2" to 1" of snow per hour over a 15' x 15' area. When the temperature drops below
21ºF, this snowmaker can really crank out the snow!
The fully adjustable air and water valves on the snowmaker make fine tuning the snowmaker simple. You don't have to worry about running
back to your water spigot or compressor to make minor adjustments. The custom stainless steel snowmaking nozzle combined with the mixing chamber
on the snowmaker helps eliminate pulsating or "spitting" that is common with homemade snowmakers that are built from plumbing fittings and
home made nozzles. This greatly improves the efficiency of the snowmaker and dramatically improves how much snow per hour you can make.
The flat fan nozzle helps to distribute the snow over a wide coverage area.
The snowmaker mounts to a heavy duty aluminum tripod that has fully adjustable, angled legs. The angled leg design allows you to change the
angle of your snowmaker based on wind conditions. When there is little to no wind, you can angle the snowmaker back for increased hangtime to
create superior quality snow. In windy conditions you can angle the snowmaker to a more level position so that you can pinpoint where exactly the
snow will accumulate. The adjustable legs allow the tripod to stand stable on even a steep slope without the need to weigh down the stand. Note: Our
tripod stands are universal with all of our snowmakers. If you already have one of our snowmaker tripods, you can buy just the snowmaker from us to
mount to your tripod. You can also buy just the snowmaker from us if you wish to make your own stand for the snowmaker to save some money.

By installing a check valve on the snowguns air connection, you will prevent any chance of water backing down your
airline to compressor in the event your air compressor shuts off because it tripped the breaker or ran out of gas.
By installing a check valve on the snowguns water connection, you will prevent any compressed air from backing down
your garden hose and into your house pipes in the event you accidentally set you air pressure too high over your water
pressure.
The chances of having back flow occur are VERY RARE, but the check valves provide a great peace of mind and are
well worth the small investment.
