2008-2009 Home Snowmaking Season
|
Most components used on our snowmakers are from United States companies. Only a VERY
limited number of components are from outside the USA. If we purchase a component or
product that was not made in the USA, we purchase it directly from a distributor in the United
States even though this costs us more then if we bought it direct.
We have always and will continue to assemble, design, engineer, and package our
snowmakers in the USA. We have NEVER and will NEVER outsource these positions. When
you purchase one of our snowmakers, or even a product that was not manufactured by us in
the USA, it helps us to employ people right here in our home country. When companies
employ workers from their home country it helps to make the country stronger and ensure
that everyone is better off.
When you buy a snowmaker from us think of all the people you are helping:
The many people who helped assemble the snowmaker in our plant
The person who packaged the snowmaker
The person who helped transport and store the snowmaker in our warehouse until shipment
The person who is helping you in customer service with any questions you have
The person who processes your order when you buy from us
The person from the shipping company who picks up the snowmaker to get it to you
The many people from our distributors who did the same process above when we ordered
foreign components or bought domestic raw materials for our snowmakers
Thanks to EVERYONE who has helped make us a success over the past few years. With your
help we can keep our employees employed, expand our business to hire more employees,
and guarantee that we will be here for you for generations to come. That's the SnowStorm
Snowmaking Promise.
Please note that in order for a company to use "made in USA" it has to comply with several
guidelines. All of our snowmakers meet these guidelines, however some products we sell
such as kits, compressors, and pressure washers don't meet these guidelines even if they
use domestic components. These products don't meet the Made in USA requirement
because they are made from more foreign components than domestic and/or they were not
assembled in the USA.
