Shipping Information
We will gladly ship most of our products worldwide including snowmakers. Shipping rates on our website are for orders shipped within the USA ONLY. If
you live outside of the USA and would like to place an order, please contact us to obtain a shipping quote for your order. In stock orders that are placed
before 3pm (EDT) are typically shipped same day through either FEDEX Ground or USPS Priority Mail. Expedited shipping services are available for an
additional charge. Please contact us for a shipping quote if you require expedited shipping services. Items such as snowmaking pumps and air
compressors from our snowmaking system packages may ship directly from the manufacturer.
Warranty Claims/Technical Support
We fully stand behind each and every product that we manufacture. We guarantee that all of our products will be free from defects in materials and
workmanship for up to 6 months from the date of purchase. If they prove otherwise, at our sole discretion, we may fix or replace the item at no cost to
you. Please note that our warranty does not cover neglect or abuse that occurs from the owner. If your item must be sent back to us for any reason,
please contact us first to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Upon issuing you a Return Authorization Number, we will also provide you with a ship to
address for the item you are returning. We keep a large inventory of replacement parts for both current and past model snowmakers that are ready for
same day shipping if needed.
We understand that snowmaking typically occurs during the night time hours. As a result we make every effort to have someone available in our office
after hours to provide you with technical support if needed. Our main email address is checked EVERYDAY including weekends and holidays to
provide you with assistance in case you cannot reach someone directly in our office by phone.
Return Policy
Our return policy varies from item to item so please read this section carefully. Snowmaker kits that were ordered unassembled may be returned within
10 days of delivery if they have not been assembled. Assembled snowmaker kits may be returned within 10 days of delivery if they are in new and
unused condition. Our Snowmakers (Maverick, Vector, Avalanche, Veyron, and Snowstorm) may be returned within 10 days of delivery if they are in
new and unused condition. All sales are final on all snowmaking pumps, air compressors, and snowmaking packages once they have been ordered.
These items will only be replaced if they are defective upon arrival. Any merchandise that has been used is not eligible to be returned. A 20%
restocking fee may apply to returned items. Please contact us for a Return Authorization Number and shipping address prior to returning any
merchandise.
Make Snow Guarantee
Buy with confidence! We test all of our assembled snowmakers to make sure they operate properly before we ship them. We guarantee that all of our
professionally built high pressure snowmakers (Vector, Avalanche, Veyron, and Snowstorm Snowmakers) will make real snow provided you meet the
requirements for operation. If your professionally built high pressure snowmaker is not making snow, we will do everything we can to get you making
snow or your money back. The Make Snow Guarantee does not apply to our snowmaking kits or garden hose snowmakers.
